Welcome to the new BT Guest book, As previous agents for BT Arrakis Spain we expected more from a company carrying the BT logo and from what we have heard so did you the customers.

The Guest book has been set up to assist any customers unable to get a satisfactory response or solution. For those who contracted via our agent agreement we appologise if you have not received the service you expected, but we are here to assist you if you are struggling for a solution to a particular problem.

Rememeber we no longer represent BT Arrakis - BT Espana in anway, but we do wish to provide assistants to customers who may be  struggling with their BT Account. We are more than happy to help where possible and guide you in the right direction.

postings in the guest book will be made available to BT heads of Departments in Spain and UK. Although according to the website statistics it appears BT Departments in UK and Spain are already reading this site. And of course we welcome any feed back.
